The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure under the Art. 37 of the Law on Electronic Communications on a draft decision for supplement of a Reference Offer for wholesale line rental of Bulgarian Telecommunication Company AD.

 

The draft reference offer and CRC’s position are published on the Commission’s website www.crc.bg under the section “Public consultation”. The interested parties may send their written statements within 30 days of the date of this publication to the following address: Sofia, Gurko 6, Str., Communications Regulation Commission.

The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) and the MA of the ОP „Administrative capacity” start a common project on enhancing the administrative capacity of the regulator

 

On the 10th of July 2013 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) and the Managing Authority of Operational Program Administrative capacitysigned a contract for the implementation of projectEnhancing the administrative capacity of the Communications Regulation Commission”. The project is with duration of 12 months and aims at improving the professional competence of the CRC employees to carry out more effectively and efficiently their obligations through training in the Institute of Public Administration /IPА/. After a comprehensive analysis of the trainings conducted up to now for the CRC administration and in compliance with the priorities and the tasks from the work program of the regulator, training needs have been identified both for long standing as well as for newly hired employees in the following areas:

 

1. Management skills and effective communication;

2. Human resources management;

3. Effective communications in the state administration;

4. Legal aspects and management of the administrative activity;

5. Financial and economic management;

6. Е-government and information technologies;

7. Communication with the European institutions, which includes foreign language training.

 

The training of the employees will be realized through more than 400 IPA courses in 2013 and 2014.

 

The project with a value of 89 991 BGN is entirely financed by the European Social Fund through the Operational Program Administrative capacity”.
