The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) invites all interested parties to participate in an open tender procedure for assigning public procurement for "Audit of the submitted documents related to the calculation of net costs from the  provison of the universal postal service for 2013".

Tender documentation may be purchased by 5:30 p.m. on  14.04.2014. 

Tenders will be accepted weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the registration office of the Communications Regulation Commission, Sofia 1000, 6, Gourko str.  

The deadline for submission of a tender is by 5:30 p.m. on 24.04.2014.

By its Decision No 75 of 13 February 2014, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC/Commission) approved the submitted by BTC draft Reference Interconnection Offer with binding instructions for its amendment.

By Protocol Decision No 1 of 20 January 2014 the CRC approved the final adoption of the execution of the public procurement contract with subject “Verification of the Cost Allocation System of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD for 2011 financial year and a public version of the auditor’s report.

By its Decision № 858 of 14.11.2013 г. the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a new List of geographic area codes in the Republic of Bulgaria, which comes into force on 01.04.2014

In relation to the final switch-off of the analogue terrestrial broadcasting on 30 September 2013 and the transition to digital television, we would like to inform Bulgarian citizens that for their convenience, on 4 October 2013 a list of the settlements with the corresponding coverage of the digital television will be published on the web page of NURTS DIGITAL EAD.

By its Decision № 742 of 3 October 2013 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC/ the Commission) adopted a draft opinion on the existence of an unfair burden for Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD from the provision of the universal service in 2009 and 2010.
