By its Decision No 543 of 12.10.2017 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Decision on amendment and supplement to the “Technical requirements for operation of electronic communications networks of the fixed service and related equipment”. By its Decision No 518 of 21.09.2017 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Ordinance of the Council of Ministers on adoption of a Methodology for calculating the net costs from the universal postal service provision. The preliminary partial impact assessment has been approved by the Modernization of the Administration Directorate of the Council of Ministers.
