By Decision No 340 of 31.03.2011, the Communications Regulation Commission (the Commission) launched a public consultation procedure pursuant to Art.37 in connection with Art. 193 of the Law on electronic communications for selection of undertaking/undertakings to which to assign the obligation for provision of universal service or part of it.
