By its decisions №№ 373,374 and 375 of 17 March 2010, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted amendments and supplements to:

 

The Functional specifications for implementing portability of national significant numbers in the event of change of the provider of public mobile telephony service;

 

The Functional specifications for geographic number portability in the event of change of the provider of fixed telephone service and/or when changing the address within one the same geographic national destination code and

 

The Functional specifications for implementing non-geographic number portability in the event of change of the provider, offering the respective service;

 

further referred to as ,,Functional specifications”,

 

and in which the results from the  public consultation procedures on the draft amendments and supplements to the Functional specifications, opened by decisions № 1185, 1193 and 1194 of 17 September 2009 by CRC, and the results of the additional consultation of the concerned undertakings on issues, discussed within the public consultation, were reflected.
